SF-BS12864-174-YTDSY-R is a monochrome 128×64 graphic dot matrix display module which is having the outline dimension of 79.05(L) X 35.2(W) X 8.04(H) mm and AA size 46.05×22.05 mm. It is built in with ST7567 controller or equivalent IC; it supports SPI interface. The SF-BS12864-174-YTDSY-R dot matrix display module is 3V power supply; This graphic display 128×64 module is available for without backlight or with LED backlight options. This 128 x 64 LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -10℃ to +60℃; its storage temperatures range from -20℃ to +70℃.
This 10 Pin COG graphic LCD can be used on instrument and industry machinery equipment as well as electrical home appliances, consumer electronics including white goods, POS system, home applications, industrial instrument, automation, audio/visual display systems, and medical devices.
