The SFTO177DG-7062A-N is a 1.77-inch TFT LCD module designed for portrait mode display with a resolution of 128×160 dots. It features an MPU 8-bit interface, making it suitable for various applications including handheld devices, medical equipment, and small consumer electronics. The module utilizes the ST7735 IC (compatible with ILI9163V IC) and operates within a supply voltage range for analog (Vcc) from 2.6V to 3.3V, with a typical value of 2.8V. Its panel is equipped with an anti-glare surface, ensuring optimal visibility even in bright environments, with a view direction at 12 o’clock and gray scale inversion at 6 o’clock.
