Equipped with the NT7108 controller or its equivalent IC, this model facilitates a 6800 8-bit parallel interface. Operating on a 5V power supply, the SF-HSM12864J1B Graphic Display LCD 128×64 module offers versatility.
Available with or without backlighting, the SF-HSM12864J1B comes in various LCD panel colors, such as gray, yellow/green, and blue. With a temperature operating range spanning from -20℃ to +70℃ and a storage range from -30℃ to +80℃, this graphic LCD display ensures reliability in diverse environments.
