The ShenZhen Techstar Electronics Incorporated Co., Ltd Tech SF-TC397H-8783A-T is a TFT LCD touch screen module boasting a diagonal size of 3.97 inches (4 inches) and a resolution of 480×800 pixels. Equipped with the ILI9806E IC, this module integrates controller and driver IC functions and supports an RGB interface. It operates within a supply voltage (Vdd) range of 2.6V to 3.3V and features a viewing direction of 12 o’clock with an aspect ratio of 4:3.
Designed for portrait mode, the SF-TC397H-8783A-T offers a brightness of 300 nits (typical value). Additionally, it is compatible with optional Resistive Touch Screen and Projected Capacitive Touch Screen functionalities. Operating temperatures range from -20℃ to +70℃, while storage temperatures span from -30℃ to +80℃.
