SF-TC400B-8951A-N is a high brightness 4-inch square IPS TFT-LCD module with a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels. This module adopts an IPS panel with a wide viewing angle, left: 80/right: 80/top: 80/bottom: 80 degrees (typical). This square TFT LCD supports RGB+SPI interface, with a contrast of 800:1 (typical value) and a high brightness of 420 nits (typical value).
The SF-TC400B-8951A-N module is an integrated driver IC ST7701S on the module, with an interface power supply voltage range of 2.5V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 2.8V. SF-TC400B-8951A-N type can operate at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to+70 ℃; Its storage temperature is between -30 ℃ and+80 ℃.
