The SF-TC240T-9370B3-T TFT LCD display is a 2.4-inch portrait mode TFT LCD featuring a Resistive Touch Screen (RTP). This TFT Display integrates SPI, MCU, and 8/16/9/18-bit RGB interfaces into a single FPC design. With a QVGA resolution of 240×320 pixels, this TFT LCD module is equipped with an ILI9341V IC (compatible with ST7789V IC). The analog supply voltage (Vcc) ranges from 2.4V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 3.3V. Additionally, this 2.4-inch TFT LCD module features an anti-glare surface panel, with a viewing direction of 12 o’clock and gray scale inversion at 6 o’clock.
The SF-TC240T-9370B3-T TFT module is designed in portrait mode and offers a brightness of 350 nits (typical value). It is also available without a touch screen option, denoted by part no. SF-TC240T-9370B3-N. Operating temperatures range from -20°C to +70°C, with storage temperatures spanning from -30°C to +80°C.
